Plagiarism and AI-Generated Content Policy
IJCEDS enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism and unethical manuscript practices. All submissions are automatically screened using advanced plagiarism detection tools such as Turnitin, iThenticate, and AI-assisted similarity checkers.
The acceptable similarity threshold is set at a maximum of 15%, excluding references, bibliography, and standard methodological phrases. Manuscripts exceeding this threshold, or containing improperly cited content, will be rejected without review.
In addition, IJCEDS monitors the use of AI-generated content (e.g., from tools such as ChatGPT, Bard, or Copilot). Authors must ensure that such tools are only used to assist language clarity or formatting and not to generate scientific content, data analysis, or interpretations. Any suspected misuse of generative AI will result in desk rejection or retraction, depending on the stage of detection.
Authors are fully responsible for the originality, authenticity, and academic integrity of their manuscripts.
